Our donation policy.

The donations collected are returned in full to actions carried out for the benefit of Anaphora, after an allocation decision by the association's board of directors and the signing of an annual partnership agreement with Anaphora, the implementation of which is verified. twice a year during a stay on site.

No operating costs are deducted from donations received.

These donations as well as subsidy transfers are allocated to the areas of education, health and the development of the agricultural sector.

In 2022, the amount transferred was allocated to the “Second chance school” activity.

Donations entitle you to tax reduction within the framework set out below.

The Association certifies that the donations and payments it receives entitle it to a tax reduction provided for in articles 200 and 238 bis of the C.G.I.

The reduction rate is 66% within the limit of 20% of income for individuals and 60% within the limit of 5 per thousand of turnover for businesses.

The payments indicated above do not give rise to the provisions of article 885bis A relating to the calculation of the IFI
